Hello! My name is Jenna Smith. I am 21 years old and currently attending Western Michigan University. I am majoring in Speech Pathology and Audiology with a minor in Child Psychology. I have two years experience working as an assistant teacher with three to 5-year-old children at a daycare and preschool center. I was promoted to Lead Teacher of the 2-year-old classroom and this past summer I served as Interim Director for four months. I currently babysit for another family in Portage. I am certified in CPR, Blood-borne Pathogen awareness, and shaken baby syndrome awareness. I am a certified Lead Teacher under the licensing requirements of the State of Michigan. I have experience working with children ranging from 6 months to 12 years, including children diagnosed with Autism Disorder.
