Sitter Job in Tucson, Arizona

I'm looking for someone that will be common Collective with my son he's a very outgoing child two year old little boy at times he can be sensitive he likes to be explain things and not disciplined and away or told no he likes to be explained what is going on and what is wrong he understands that kind of Correction and discipline that is how I approach things with him I have my son joint time I work extremely early which is very difficult for me to find a sitter and one that I trust at that I work as early as 4 a.m. and usually get off by 1:30 p.m. so trying to find something that accommodates my schedule and my son's needs
