Sitter Job in Jacksonville, Florida

Hi, I am a mom of an one year old daughter. My sister-in-law lives with us with her ten month old son. We live in a comfortable house with two dogs. Must be pet friendly and feed/water/let them outside. Would be also awesome if you took care of our dogs whenever we go out of town (about once a month). We need a FLEXIBLE and RELIABLE babysitter to watch kids. We do not have fixed schedules so must have open availability. Min 5 years experience. Must be proactive at all times, always engage the kids in activities, and cook meals for them. Make sure they are well hydrated and on top of diaper changes because they have sensitive skin. Not interested in anyone who sticks kids in front of TV and also not interested in anyone infatuated with their cell phone. Must maintain cleanliness of house (mainly keep kitchen and floors clean of debris and grime.) Kids do not leave house unless planned thoroughly and confirmed by us.
