I hope you are having a good day. My name is Josh and I'm looking for a childcare job opportunity. My aim is to apply my skill in childcare. My availability is flexible. Services And Training: I have 20 years working with special needs children and youth as well as volunteering in the school system in a classroom assisting where needed. I have worked as a child and youth worker, respite worker, Educational assistant, and have volunteered in many schools as well as a baseball coach. I have a very good skill set when it comes to working with children from communicating, nurturing, being patient, understanding, firm and tending to the needs required.The type of person I am is laid back, easy going and fun loving. I know the work I have done is over the top but it has given me more training, appreciation and enjoyment over the years. Now I would like to do some part time child care to offset my income. Please ask questions and as well as thoughts. I can also provide my resume with back ground. Since volunteering at school this year and coaching I do have a police check done. I believe I have the background and skill set to be a very good childcare worker, nanny, sitter etc. Even though most of my experience has been with special needs it makes me a better person as I don't judge, am very patient and understanding to the needs of children in my care.
