Hey, my name is michael. I have been caring for children for 15 years, mostly for family. Sister with 3 children for 3 years, brother from birth to 12 and now i am in a state funded program caring for developmentally disabled children and adults. My sister enrolled in a state funded program that allowed me to watch here kids and be paid by the state. On weekdays, i would wake them up for school, make them breakfast, help them brush there teeth, escort them to school, pick them up after, take them home, make them dinner and help them get to sleep. On weekends, we would go wherever they wanted to go. Be it park, bowling alley, arcade, library etc... Around that time, my brother was born without a father and only my mother and me to care for and raise him. After a few years working in different areas, i found another program to help children and adult alike and have been doing that since.
