I've been friends with Josie Tiberi for 8 years, and she's one of the sweetest people I've ever met. Two years ago her baby cousin Claire was born, and they're best friends. Josie has more patience with kids than I do for sure, and it seems like she never gets tired of playing with them. I think she could play peekaboo for hours! I have baby cousins of my own and I'd trust Josie with them in a heartbeat. She's very conscious of how to keep them safe, make sure they're having fun, and keep them out of trouble, all at the same time. She'd be an amazing asset to any babysitting service. I'm sure she'd be amazing, but she's very open and understanding with criticism; she never does a job with half effort, she will do everything she can to be the best help she possibly can.
