Hi, My name is Anto and I've been working with children since I was 11 years old. I was a mentor at TaeKwonDo where I led warm-ups and showed children fundamental martial arts as a black belt. I realized I enjoyed teaching and laughing with kids at this point so I pursued education in childcare. My grandfather was a huge influence on me when I lived with him in kindergarten, so I took it upon myself to be a positive male influence as well. I took Early Childhood Education receiving my Bachelor of Applied Science degree & ECE diploma from the University of Guelph-Humber. I am in good standing with the College of ECE and have my Criminal Reference Check. Since graduation, I have worked as a workshop coordinator(Explore It!), motivational speaker & group facilitator(Me to We), after-school program coordinator(City of Toronto), one-on-one special needs child care staff and day care worker. I have signed up for this website because I believe I have much to offer in terms of a vast amount of experience with children, credentials, as well as I am very personable and honest. I am looking for a less hectic environment away from day cares, and thought this will be a great fit if the right amount of work comes my way. I should also mention I am a stand-up comedian and MC, which is why I have spent the past couple years traveling and performing all over the World (my website is www.....com, for transparency). I really do miss hanging out with kids though and hope to be able to help families, making their lives a little easier and a lot more fun!
