Sitter in Bealeton, Virginia

Cathleen was my nanny from the time my child was 7mos to 3yrs. She would travel with me while my husband was deployed. Cathleen was absolutely wonderful with my daughter. She loved her like her own and that always made me feel better when I had to leave for work. Cathleen would play and nurture my daughter and really help her imagination. She would get on her hands and knees and play with her and help the baby understand sharing, playing, and being nice. Cathleen understood that my daughter needed structure. When the baby would nap, I would get an update on how the day went, if the baby ate or not, if she had a bm or not. And on occasion, she would send me pictures and videos. That was always the highlight of my day. Cathleen was always flexible too. If I needed to cancel an hour before or the night before, she took it in stride. If I needed her on her day off, she was always willing to rearrange her schedule to help accommodate us. I was going to send my daughter to school at 2yrs but opted to keep her home with Cathleen because of what a great job Cathleen does and the fact that they have a very special bond. My daughter loves Cathleen as much as Cathleen loves my daughter.
