Retired Elementary school teacher. Taught elementary school for 11 years; Grades k-6. Had very successful tutoring business for seven years concentrating in elementary phonics-based reading, writing and math. Also have a psychology degree. Stay at home mom to a 12th and 11th grader who are 16 months apart and both have GPA’s over 3.4. Absolutely love babies, toddlers and kids. Babies and toddlers make a connections in their brains between the ages of newborn and 5 to 6 years old, after that they start losing connections for the rest of their lives. I will not only loving nanny your child, but also work on making those connections with letters, numbers, Science, etc. I love the outdoors and have coached ice hockey, figure skating, soccer, baseball, tennis and golf.
