Sitter Job in Phoenix, Arizona

I'm a mom who's seeking either a nature based daycare/preschool or nanny who can live in or live out. Equality is important. I've noticed most people like to control children and think they are superior to them and I believe in a different approach based on connection, love, empathy, respect, and seeing a child as equal: unique, good, brilliant, capable, a teacher, creative, and full of their own ways and interests we can support. I believe we are modeling everything and they do what we do, so I'm looking for someone who can model respect, peace, mental stability, health, creativity, someone who does yoga and meditates, someone who likes to eat well: fruits and vegetables, not soda and candy, so to be a good influence on her health not only physically but mentally/emotionally too. Please no smoking. We are fragrance sensitive. My daughter is very creative she loves painting, music, dancing. She loves nature and being outside.
