Sitter in Red Deer, Alberta

My name is Jessica. I am the daughter of two RCMP officers and the second oldest of six children. I have been babysitting since the age of 12. While attending high school I regularly volunteered with the Boys and Girls Club of Airdrie, City of Airdrie, Citizens on Patrol, St. Paul's Church, Free the Children, St. Martin De Porres, Airdrie RCMP and at local events within Airdrie. I graduated in 2014 from St. Martin De Porres on honour roll. I currently am single and living in Red Deer. I will be attending Red Deer College this fall to pursue a bachelor in Political Sciences. After completing post secondary, I am hoping to work for Free the Children as a motivational speaker and youth volunteer coordinator. In my spare time I like to do outdoor activities such as hiking, camping and sports. I am currently in the process of becoming a Big Sister in the fall for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Red Deer. I am also in the process of becoming a volunteer as a dog walker for the local SPCA. I am a responsible and reliable individual who has lots of experience working with small children and youth; I feel that my experience with the Boys and Girls Club has given me the ability to relate with children in a positive and constructive way.
