Since I was 10 years old, I helped look after my younger cousins. I have a 5-year-old brother that I've helped care for since he was born in 2011. I now work part time as a swim instructor at Goldfish Swim School, Wicker Park. I coach infants and children from 4 mos. old to 12 years old, and I love it! I am great at keeping children entertained and I know how to efficiently look after children. I love arts and crafts, as well as being outside and going on adventures. As a kid, I loved to read and write, so I often read stories with the kids I babysit. I have worked in the service industry for several years so I can clean and cook. I also speak Spanish and I am CPR and lifeguard certified. I am an undergraduate student at Columbia College Chicago studying Journalism. I have my own apartment in Lakeview. I am a very motivated and hardworking young adult. I have work references dating back to when I was just 13 years old. I'm looking forward to this new opportunity and meeting families in Chicago!
