My wife and I are employed full time. I work for AMCC on base and require full time care. My 1yo is very playful and not a hassle at all. Looking for a caring and responsible sitter. The one we have now can't seem to change his diapers. Today was the last straw when I spent 15min cleaning up poop off his clothes and himself. Full diaper, snotty nose, and BM up his back. We are done with her.
