Welcome to Rozina's Daycare. Rozina's daycare which is a home based daycare which is ran by a parent. Rozina has had 14 years of experience with children and is a proud mom of three. She has had experience as a certified daycare provider since 2012. She is licensed with a certificate of registration and has CPR/ First Aid training. Rozina’s daycare provides a healthy and nourishing snack for your child. We believe a child’s early experiences enrich and stimulate future growth. Children deserve to be treated and respected as individuals in an environment that welcomes reason, exploration, question, and imagination. We respect each child’s need for love, security, acceptance, warmth, and stimulation. At my daycare we welcome children of all backgrounds, ethnicities and abilities and provide a sound and safe environment. At my daycare, children are expected to show positive and good behavior but when exhibiting disorderly conduct, the child will be provided with choices. These choices will help shape the child’s mine and help them make good choices which is key in child development. Options like time out won’t help a toddler or child who can’t tell right from wrong but rather explaining the situation and what should happen and explain future consequences if the action is repeated. This will help redirect the child’s focus to the positive rather than the negative. I try having clear rules and expectations for the child. While in my care your child will have the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of activities, which promote all aspects of development. Family childcare provides for children the comfort and experience of belonging to an extended family. My approach to childcare is child centered and child directed. Children are offered choices whenever possible. Located in Maryland, Business days: Monday to Friday, from Six am to Six pm.
