Hi Families: Hi, my name is Winnie and I am looking to find a family that I can be loyal to and personally grow with, and develope a long term commitment with. I’m searching for live in or live out Nanny, Babysitter or Household Manager position, full time or possibly part time, in your home. The areas of coverage are: Roanoke, Vinton, Bonsack, Daleville, Blueridge, Montvale, Thaxton, Moneta, Goode, Goodview, Bedford, Forest and Lynchburg. I have over 20 years of being an experienced and a seasoned childcare provider. I have provided care for little ones at the ages of: newborn, toddlers, elementary school age up to high school age, twins, and up to three children at a time and children with special needs. Personally I believe TV/Movies have a place in the home, but I do not think they are a replacement for child care. I have found children are continually learning through: being kept on a schedule, reading (being read too or reading with), listening to music, teaching them with learning que cards, games and toys (age appropriate), helping them develop their sight, smell, hearing and touch sensations, playing, coloring with crayons, blowing bubbles outside and simply going on walks, and by holding or rocking, to help them feel secure and loved! Also, hiring a child care provider who is more experienced only helps your family and keeps the household running smoothly! I can provide your family with snack and meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry help, caring for pets, and grocery shopping.
