Sitter Job in Verona, Wisconsin

Hi there, I am looking for an in-home daycare for my 18 month old son. We are looking for care to begin in January. M/W/F full days needed (approx. 9-5). Would love to find a daycare with a few good playmates at/near his age. Playing outside daily is a must (unless the weather is truly foul:) Non smoking homes only. Friendly dogs and cats are great. Looking for a positive, engaged care provider who loves having fun with kids. Some nap flexiblilty is probably required...he should nap every day but the timing might vary a bit. Sidenote: I know this is kind of crazy but we also really prefer homes that don't use ambient fragrances, like room/house fresheners...they give me headaches (and I am guessing my son feels the same:) Thank you!
