Sitter Job in South Bend, Indiana

I am a full time nursing student that works in the evenings and I don't always know what nights I will work so I need someone who is flexible. My main concern is my daughter's safety. I have three teenagers, but I have concerns with leaving my one year old alone with them. We have multiple stairways in our home and I need someone who will be watching my one year old constantly because she is very active. The latest time I would be home would be 11 or 11:30 pm and that would only be on Friday or Saturday. If it's a weekday, I will be off work by 10:30 at the latest. I would prefer someone that has transportation to and from our home.
