Hi, my name is Alyson and I am a sophomore in college at the University of North Dakota. I am in Early Childhood Education hoping to work as a teacher. I absolutely adore kids. I have nannied for one family for the past 2 summers, but now they are old enough where they no longer need me. I cooked for them, drove them to practice, took them on adventures, and just made them happy and entertained without being on screens 24/7. I babysit often but I'm looking for a more consistent job for when I return for the summer. I also held a job at Lifetime Fitness in Chanhassen as a lifeguard along with a swim instructor. I taught children anywhere from the age of 6 months to 12 years old. I had to communicate and gain the trust of not only the child but the parents too; this was something my boss thought I was quite good at.
