I am an experienced childcare provider with a degree in Child and Family Development and Social Work, Mom of 7 (23.5,... and 8) and a Pediatric RN who started my nursing career as a scrub nurse in the OR, then home health with chronically ill children and special needs, and now RN for a rehabilitation program for boys ages 12-17. I have also volunteered/mission work as a RN for underprivileged children in Mexico and often guest speak at elementary, MS, HS and Universities.I am very high energy and love my kids tremendously and all their friends call me Mom2. My work with all kinds of kids-thru teens has been very satisfying and can’t imagine doing anything else. I am a fitness enthusiast, training for my first marathon at 48, writing my first book and a Public Speaker for large and small groups of women, spouses, children and teens who have been victims of eating disorders, abuse and bullying, and share hope for those caught in the downward spiral of having loved ones with addiction problems. Mondays are tied up for me running a clinic but I will gladly entertain day and nightly care. Let’s see if we are a match for your family, children and childcare needs!
