Sitter Job in Centennial, Colorado

We are looking for a child care provider that follows similar principles to us, to watch our 13 month old daughter full time (M-F 7:30am-4:30pm). Our family beliefs in a nutshell: - all natural organic foods, unprocessed, typically homemade - extended breastfeeding - do not let children "cry it out" - baby wearing - consistent routine, but no rigid schedule - gentle discipline, redirection - encourage play, indoor and outdoor - cloth diapers - environmentally conscious - no screen time (TV, electronic games, etc) - attachment parenting principles - child directed learning (we agree with various aspects of Waldorf, Montessori, Reggio Emilia) We hope to find an in-home daycare with a small group of kids with a range of ages, or a nanny-share situation.
