Physically, she is the size of a 2 year old, and she is mentally about the same age. She receives all of her nutrition through her G-tube several times a day. She is partially mobile but needs ongoing assistance, especially with stairs. She is potty trained and requires some assistance with that. She is partially verbal, using modified words/sounds/sign language to communicate her needs. Communication and self-injuries are her biggest struggles. She requires lots of attention and patience. She also gets easily attached and has a lot of love to give. She is very sweet and affectionate ♡ When: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays from 2:30pm-8:30 pm I am open to moving the 3 days to a different 3 days during the week Update: We are also seeking an additional night nurse to do night shifts from 11:30pm-7:30am Mondays through Thursdays. What we need: Someone to receive her off of the school bus in the afternoon at 2:45 pm and follow her after-school routine schedule, which involves: Changing her clothes/going pottywashing her hands Washing her school feeding items/preparing her tube-feed and feeding her Taking her outside in her stroller for neighborhood walks/to the park Playing with her/reading to her/lots of engaging conversations and telling her stories Bathing her and sometimes lifting her when needed, like getting in the bath (she weighs 35 lbs) Additional Responsibilities: Implementing her home behavior plan Washing/folding her laundry Cleaning up her play areas Preparing all of her tube-feedings and washing all items afterwards Doing occasional art projects with her Must be comfortable with: Following our Immunity Plan due to our daughters' fragile immunity Our cat My contact information: Name: Sanda cell phone: 347...
