We are seeking part time teachers to assist in our new early childhood classrooms! At Premier Learning, we recognize the value and importance of our Part Time Teachers. As an Assistant Part Time Teacher you play a vital role in keeping our daily schedules and routines flowing without interruption. Premier Learning is a full time child care and education center, caring for children ages six weeks through Pre-Kindergarten. Our center provides a warm and inviting atmosphere for all staff and our families. Our teachers and staff work well together to ensure they are providing the best care they can for our children. As a teacher, your influence on children is significant; we have the ability to influence them positively and provide early experiences that shape their attitude about learning for the rest of their lives! Seeking the following Part Time Shifts, Monday-Friday: 10:30-6:... Responsibilities include (but not limited to) the following: -Provide a high level of care and safety for young children, allowing children to feel loved and safe at school -Ensure children are given the opportunity to learn and grow each day -Promote a positive atmosphere for parents, children and other staff at all times -Communicate effectively with peers and parents to ensure a consistent and engaging classroom setting -Participate in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the classroom -Present a professional demeanor Qualifications: -A minimum of six months teaching experience in an early childhood classroom preferred (daycare/preschool/child care center) -Ability to work with all ages, infants through preschool age each day -Positive attitude with a strong work ethic -Self-motivated with a desire to learn -Hours of shifts are flexible depending on availability of applicants -Non-smoker Compensation: Negotiable, depending on education and years of experience..... you are someone who loves working with children, is a team player and likes to have fun at work- we are the child care center for you!
