HOPE Christain Preschool and Daycare -West Seneca Seeking: Full and Part-time Lead Classroom Teachers and Full and Part-time Classroom Teacher Aides (Candidate should possess a High School Diploma or GED. Duties include assisting Lead Teacher in daily classroom activitie Mandatory Qualifications: Patience, enthusiasm, creativity, and a love of early childhood education. Effective classroom management Create lesson plans that align with Hope's mission statement. Maintain an open communication with parents and fellow staff. Assess student performances and progress with formal and informal assessments to measure mastery of skills. Experience working with young children. Desired Qualifications: Associates in Early Childhood Education and/or, Elementary Education, Bachlorette Degree in Early Childhood and/or Elementary Education.
