Sitter Job in Easton, Connecticut

We are expecting a baby girl in October and are seeking a dependable in- home child care provider 4 days/ week (28 hours total) beginning in early January 2014. Light housekeeping assistance (laundry, dishes, tidying) and basic meal prep (getting dinners started) will also be needed. Both mom/dad work locally and will be available for support/emergencies at any/all times. The right candidate is a loving, responsible, energetic and experienced caregiver who will engage with our baby and give her lots of love and attention. We would like to begin utilizing the candidate for bi-weekly sitting services as early as mid-October so that baby may get to know her from the beginning. Reliable, safe transportation/clean driving record necessary. CPR/First Aid a plus! Love of babies essential. References will be requested. We have a small, friendly, hypoallergenic older dog who will occasionally be in the home but requires no fuss.
