Hello! My name is Emily. My whole life I knew I wanted to take care of others. I currently work part time as a Patient Care Nursing Assistant in Mayfield Hts. and also have my STNA and CPR certification. While I thoroughly enjoy what I do, I am saddened by the fact that I can't continue individualized care to the same person or small number continuously. I'm ecstatic that they are well enough to go home, but I feel like I'm wanting something more. I kind of no sooner start to bond and then they are gone. I have 12 younger neices and nephews and at an early age, I took to the caregiver role. Holding them out on my hip, feeding, burping, changing, cuddling, playing, reading and more to them. My mom and everyone around would say that "it just came natural to me." In high school, while I was active in softball, drillteam and other activities, I wouldn't hesitate to give up a week-end to babysit for neighbors, friends of my family or my mom's co-workers children. I've had the pleasure of watching most of them learn and grow up---how exciting that has been! I am trustworthy, dependable, empathetic, honest, loving and compassionate. I give my all to everyone I care for, They come first all the time, not just some of the time! I would really love the opportunity to meet all of you and to discuss this opportunity further!
