We are seeking a family to share our nanny Ada, part time or full time, starting Mid-March. We live in Mar Vista/ Culver City area. All sorts of case scenarios are possible, we are open to kids of different ages (our two boys are 4 and 6), sharing different homes, and overlapping hours. When we searched for a nanny for our two boys almost five years ago, we stumbled on a listing that was too good to be true. The essence was that Ada was "the best nanny any family could dream of". It was and still is totally true. Last year when our kids were finally both in school, we realized we did not need Ada full time any longer. We reached out to the community and found another family to split her time. They had a newborn and our boys embraced him as if he was their own brother, which was exactly what his parents wanted. Unfortunately, they are moving to the east coast leaving us with a hole to fill. Ada comes from a place of love, and it shows clearly in how she manages the kids and the love they have for her. She also doesn’t have an off switch and is constantly helping us in many ways. She has a passion for swimming, is the mom of two, is from Guatemala, and recently became a US citizen.
