Sitter Job in Las Vegas, Nevada

I am a single mom who is looking for a babysitter to watch my 5 year old son Jayden while I am at work during the day. I work And live in Henderson..... of now I work at 5:30am to about 2pm. I'm off Monday and Friday so weekend availability is a must. My work schedule does change with short notice sometimes as early as 3am. Basically I need someone to pick him up early in the morning before I go to work by 4:45am and make sure he gets to school on time by 7:40Am. Also, babysitting him at my house is also an option if you would be comfortable doing that. It would be a plus if you live in Henderson. I live down the street from cowabunga Bay. Weekends I would need him to be watched for the full "up to 8 hours" since he doesn't have school. My budget is tight and I can't afford to miss work because I don't have any help financially.
