Sitter Job in Indianapolis, Indiana

I have a full time job with unpredictable hours given that I work in the hospitality business. The days I work can be pretty predictable, however the hours vary due to how busy my job may be that day. I need someone who can be understanding to the fact that I am a single mother working on a single parent budget and that my hours can be crazy. I have an amazing 7 year old son who would need to be watched after school some days during the week and always on the weekends given I am guaranteed to always work Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and usually doubles on said days. I need to find a sitter by June 1st.
