Sitter in Phoenix, Arizona

Hey guys, and gals! My name is Deborah, Im 32 years old and a single mother of 2 boys. My oldest is 11 and the baby is 15 months old. I work full time at an huge fortune 500 cooperation, 5 days a week, from 6 to 345 and I just hate not being home w my kids! Im tired of the hour commute and unreliable childcare/sitters! I would like to give my 2 week notice to resign, but I still need a source of income to support my lil family! I have 3 years experience working in a daycare setting plus the personal experience Ive had w my own kids. I do not smoke, but I very seldomly have a drink every now and then. My home is my "happy place" :D a place where my children can feel safe and comfortable. I enjoy being around children and like to have mine on a routine. Unfortunately, the sitter(s) ive encoutered do not. Theres even times that i pick my baby up and hes still in his pajamas and only one diaper is used from his bag.... I def understand the struggle when it comes to finding someone reliable and that meets a specific standard. If considered for a proposition, i wud be flexible w what you can afford and the hours you are needing care for. Im very laid back and down to earth. Feel free to ask me any questions!
