Sitter Job in Canton, Ohio

I am trying to go back to work in a couple weeks and need childcare. I have two little boys. The oldest is 3 years old and the youngest is 1. My 3 year old has a speech delay so whoever we hire needs to understand that and know how to deal with him. He is also not fully potty trained yet. The speech delay has kind of delayed potty training. Both boys are fun and loving. We are on a tight budget.
