Elsy is our loving and dedicated full-time nanny. Elsy has been with our family for 4 years since my older daughter was 6 months old and raised my younger daughter since birth. Only because of our move out of the area are we sad to say she will be available. She has been a great influence in our lives. The kids run to her when she walks in the door and hug her tight when she leaves. She has such a sweet way with them. From organizing them at home, getting them ready, taking them to the park and playing with them, I always feel assured they are happy and safe in her hands. Our kids are fluent in Spanish (and we are not) because of her. She has a great attitude, and will do what she can to help. She helps around the house. Might have taken one or two sick days in the four years. And we are routinely stopped by other parents and caregivers who comment that we have the best nanny! She passed my rigorous screening (references, background check, CPR certifications). Any family that works with Elsy is truly lucky!
