Sitter in Somers, Connecticut

Who I Am: Hello my name is Saige. I am 16 turning 17 at the end of June, and hoping to find a child care worker job in Somers, Connecticut. Consistently, I work to be a caring person. Flexible scheduling for clients but as of right now, my best days are Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Right now I can work weekends from 5pm- 9pm Saturdays and 4pm-9pm Sundays but that may change by the beginning of summer. If you need me on a Wednesday, Friday or on the weekends before 5 Sat and 4 Sun, I may be able to work something out, but I'd be with my boyfriend so it's all up to if you're comfortable with him tagging along. Description of Skills: I will take care of play date supervision, (if it's at the house, because I can't drive) meal preparation (though I can only do simple things like Mac and cheese, sandwiches, soups, etc), help with homework, go to the park (if it's walking distance), etc. I have a decent amount of experience with kids 3 and older but no experience with children younger than that, but I'm willing to learn how to properly care for a child those ages as well. I am comfortable and experienced with taking care of pets, I have no experience taking care of special needs children, but I'm a quick learner. I can't drive but I'm willing to walk/bike if the travel time is under an hour.
