Sitter Job in Oceanside, California

I have an 18 month old little girl. I work from home and I need 2 to 3 days of childcare either at home or we can also do full-time at a daycare. I am looking for a Spanish-immersion daycare set-up or a Spanish-speaking nanny. I can pay $8 per hour for a nanny and we can work out a flexible schedule. The schedule can change weekly, in order to accommodate the nanny. Otherwise, I can do a full-time daycare situation and pay approximately $900.00 per month. The biggest factor is that I want my daughter to continue learning Spanish. I have an educator background. My house is already set up with many bilingual books, materials, toys, instructional/educational dvds. I would like the nanny to become a part of our family and develop a close relationship with her. It would be great if the nanny would be willing to prepare healthy snacks for our daughter and possibly do some tidying up when she is napping.
