My name is Erin. I am a 25 year old stay at home mother. I have 3 beautiful children. As you can tell I love children, I find it very fulfilling to invest in the future generation. As a nanny you do not just "watch" children you are finger printing hearts of future generations, you can't put a price on that. From an experience stand point... I have been baby sitting since I was 12. I am comfortable with all age groups. I have lots of experience with small children (hazards of being a mom :) ) I stay up to date on all CPR (infant and child) courses (yearly). I believe in a nurturing and encouraging approach. Positive reenforcement. I am also comfortable with special needs. My little brother has downsyndrome and is also diabetic. So I am comfortable with such things as they were a way of life growing up. I find it hard to fit myself into a box or paragraph that would do justice in regards to general concerns with your children.
