Over 1-year child care experience in formal settings with children 6 months to 6 years. Has over 1-year experience with children with a variety of disabilities. Able to care for several children. Full-time student looking to enter the Early Childhood Education field. I have just completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Family Supports and Community Practice. Interested in pursuing a career in education, particularly with children with special needs. Currently a Master of Education candidate at York University. Recent Clear Police Reference Check, CPR-level C certified, strong swimmer, interested in tutoring and educational play activities. Access to car. Clear driving record. Basic American Sign Language knowledge. Willing to complete basic cleaning duties: dish washing, cooking, tidying areas. Able to care for pets- fond of both dogs and cats. Willing to supervise children overnight or for consecutive days. Based in North York/Toronto. Willing to locate to Etobicoke, Vaughan, Brampton and surrounding areas. References available.
