Hello! My name is Maura. I am 19 years old turning 20 this August and very interested in your job posting. I am currently a Childhood/Special Education and English major at Manhattan College. I have professional experiences in childcare for the past 6 years. Alongside babysitting, I have been a camp counselor for all ages for multiple years and worked as the Art Teacher at the Pelham Country Club Day Camp for the past two. Currently, I am working with several families as an a tutor for elementary level students. I live in Eastchester and I am looking for a position for the rest of the summer while I am home from school. I am available from May 29th through the end of August. I have been both CPR and first aid certified, however, the certifications have since expired. While I plan to get recertified this coming fall, I do still maintain much of the knowledge and skills learned from the prior courses I've taken. In addition, I have been driving for 4 years and have a clean record. I love sports and the outdoors, as well as arts and crafts, so I would look forward to doing a number of different activities.
