Hello, my name is Bridget and I am looking for summer work. I have a B.A in Communication and a minor in Conflict and Resolution. This means that I know how to communicate efficiently with your child as well resolve conflict that can arise. Example: Not wanting to pick up toys or hitting the babysitter. As for experience with children, I have volunteered as a teaching assistant at Concordia Lutheran School, and interned at 21st Century Preparatory School. I have volunteered at Frank Neighborhood Project doing after school homework help. I work with children from diverse backgrounds and personalities. Some of the children that I have worked with had special needs. I have worked as a personal babysitter for family members. I have a substantial amount of experience watching neighbor’s kids. I have also been a caregiver for the elderly for about 4 years, which has given me lot of experience. Newborn-1 year =2 years 1 year -3 years = 3 years 4 years- 9 years= 5 years
