We are a brand new childcare facility that anticipates a grand opening of April 4th, 2016. We are centrally located off of 108th and John Galt Blvd. (between L St. and Q St.) We are looking for Lead Teachers, Teachers, Assistant Teachers, and Floaters. We are open from 6am to 8pm and are looking for Full Time and Part Time employees. We have PTO for Full time employees and our wage is dependent upon experience, training and/or schooling, with a starting wage between $9-$10/hour. We are hiring approximately a staff of 25 for the following classrooms… 6 weeks to 9 months, 12 infants at least 3 staff needed 9 months to 18 months, 12 infants at least 3 staff needed 18-35 months, 19 Two year olds at least 3 staff needed 3 year olds, 28 children at least 3 staff needed 4 year olds, 28 children at least 3 staff needed 5 year olds, 27 children at least 3 staff needed Special Needs, 9 children at least 4 staff needed Before and After & Summer Program, 15 children at least1 staff needed Elite Childcare Academy will work with students that are in Early Education and would like to obtain experience in Child Care or Education. Our program’s goal is to be accredited within our first operating year with NAEYC. We would like our staff to have obtained their CDA or be on a path to obtain their CDA. We are willing to participate in the TEACH scholarship program and help sponsor that achievement. We require weekly training through the ESU building’s Resource Media Center and pay for training one hour per week, required. We offer video resources in our break room to accomplish this task. We are looking for dedicated, open minded, willing to actively participate, innovative thinkers who would like the chance to shape the early beginnings of a new childcare center in Omaha. We have purchased the best curriculum that holds national standards to it’s height and use the Creative Curriculum for Infants, Toddler’s and Two’s and Preschool. We are needing staff that understand that curriculum will shape the minds of our little ones. Our Food Program is catered by the vendor Midday Meals for breakfast, snack and lunches and dinner is catered by BrewBurgers. We are open from 6am to 8pm and are in need of flexible scheduling of staff. We are also willing to be flexible with scheduling for staff that show that they have the qualities to make Elite, elite.
