Hello Parents, Grandparents,step parents,aunties, guardians and all who have dedicated their lives to improving the lives of our future! My name is Layla and I am looking to provide you with expertise childcare! I am not your average baby sitter I believe in teaching structured curriculum for early childhood education oppose to playing and watching tv. I have been in the childhood field for 10 years and have worked in many childcare learning centers such as kinder care,kidsrkids, and creative kids to make a few. My proudest accomplishment however was being a full-time nanny/companion to a child with autism I stayed with the family for 7 years and was honored to attend his highschool graduation last june..... taught me patience I had no idea I possesed and where I was hired to teach him he ended teaching me alot. I tell people who are in child care to pretend somebody asks you to hand a stranger your smart phone for 8 hrs walk out the room and cross your fingers that your device returns intact not compromised, in today's society everything is connected to our phone's and there importance has become very high now multiply that by a billion and that is how the parents who drop off their priceless children with us everyday it is important that the trust between guardian and childcare provider needs to be transparent and we as providers it is not our jobs to judge rules of a parent but to follow then to every last detail l. A little about me I am a stay at home wife 31 years old whom is looking to provide childcare in my loving home. I am available to fit any schedule including overnight I have been CPR and first aid certified I have also been through many courses on ealy childhood education. I am also available for overnights and parents whom work graveyard don't hesitate to ask me any questions I'm willing to adhere to background and drug screenings as well as nanny cams whatever makes you more comfortable !
