overcome while doing so, because I, too, attempted to walk that marathon in your exact shoes, several years ago. My daughter is now almost 7 years old, yet I still remember the overwhelming feelings of stress and anxiety I had when the need and time came that I had too trust someone, other than family, with the responsibility of caring for her. (To be totally honest, I'm still a nervous wreck in regards to it all.) However, I was extremely lucky and blessed to have two stay-at-home grandmothers that cared for her almost daily. With that being said, I would like to be able to pay it forward and, in return, help give someone else that same sense of relief and peace of mind that I was fortunate enough to have! Today, I am a stay at home mom with an EXTREMELY energetic first grader, which I cherish and adore unconditionally, without whom I'd be lost and incomplete. I do everything, within my powers, to be active and involved in my daughter's life as much as she needs, may want, and/or should have...including volunteering at her school and in her classroom whenever possible and taking on a role as one of her leaders for Girl Scouts and our Daisy troop. I would love the opportunity, and am more than willing and excited, to meet with you and your family whenever convenient for a more personal and further introduction, including the chance for us to get to know each other better, along with ask/answer any and all questions necessary!
