The past few years I have babysat my cousins on countless occasion. I watched them as they grew up- giving me the abilities to change diapers but also entertain pre-teens who are always stuck on their phones or playing video games! I believe caregivers should be responsible, good role models, patient, fun, but also extremely cautious and safe. My people/leadership skills can be shown as I was president of my school's National Honor Society, Link Crew Commissioner, founder of a nonprofit that goes to retirement homes to help senior citizens, and 3 year color guard captain. Along with babysitting, I can also tutor children, as I was a tutor for two years at the Shull Elementary after school homework program and a tutor for Math Lab at my high school for 2 years as well. Another qualification I have for tutoring (and to ask show how responsible/hard working I am) is my 4.8 grade point average!
