Hello, I worked as a professional nanny for two children in Boxford, MA, a boy at 10 months old and a newborn girl. They are now 18 and 14 years old, respectively. We keep in touch with each other throughout the year and have established an ongoing friendship which will last a lifetime. After nurturing and caring for children, I began to assess the value of being a nanny and my choices in life and realized that working with them and helping them provided me with greater satisfaction. I am completely involved in children's life cycles and I feel great satisfaction when I know I am doing a good job. I have developed communicative techniques through my experience and how to understand their body language and their needs. Since life is full of surprises and challenges, I try to introduce children to as many learning tools as I can to be fully aware that I meet their educational goals. For example, reading and using their imagination along with it is what I do best. I enjoy visiting my nearest library all year long to supplement a child's need for understanding and to highlight the habit of learning something new every day. I believe that, 'The true worth of any book lies not in the information it provides but in the inspiration it imparts." I also enjoy writing, reading a good book particularly on biographies of great people, I believe in learning something new everyday and I encourage children to do the same. I exercise everyday, love the beach, enjoy basketball playing, love visiting museums and festivals, enjoy cooking, baking, play classical music, gardening, photography, love my 10 year old cat, enjoy working on my computer updating my skills, believe in conservation and care for our environment. When I am with someone, I see the best in them. And so, the spirit of love in the heart should be the music of every life.
