Sitter in Tifton, Georgia

Hi, I'm Summer! I'm 19 years old and live in Tifton, GA with my husband. I'm a non-smoker and have a reliable car. I'm available many days of the week and weekend. I work part-time at Barrel as a cashier, but I'm not getting enough hours to make ends meet. If you need me each week on a regular basis, (which is the job I prefer) I can change my availability to be your full-time nanny! If not, I can let you know my schedule the week before you need a sitter. I've been babysitting for 5 years, keeping up to 6 children at one time; the youngest being 2 months and the oldest being 15 years. I also have experience keeping twins & their siblings. Many children that I've looked after asked me to come over and play the times I saw them afterward! I feel my creativity blossom around children. I love creating new outdoor activities with them, seeing what fun they come up with themselves, and introducing games from my own childhood. My hobbies include playing tennis, running, painting, reading, swimming, and spending any kind of time outside. Last summer I attended a North Georgia church camp and assisted the 3 months- 2-year-old age group swimming class and taught many happy swimmers to paddle by themselves for the very first time! The looks on their faces when they saw that they could do it by themselves were priceless! Cooking is a passion of mine and I can (and love to) make more than just macaroni! In high school, I was a member of the Beta club for 4 years and we gathered and delivered canned food at each holiday for the needy families of the community. Children need a variety of foods at each meal, and snacks in between, for their growing bodies and appetites! I hope to hear from you soon!
