Currently a concierge family consultant and sometime-nanny, I have been in professional child care for more than 4 decades, along with a dual career in catering and management. Working in both the public and private arenas, my experience includes counseling, mentoring, professional training, and teaching in daycare, private and public schools, juvenile justice, personal tutoring and private nannying, including extensive work in special nutritional and physical or developmental needs, A mother of five, I have homeschooled all children, all grades, with each child graduating with honors. I currently live and work in the Boston, Massachusetts region. I am a diehard Red Sox fan. My education includes Elementary Education, Special Education, and Interdisciplinary Fine Arts with a focus in Critical Writing, as well as multiple certifications related to child care and the food industry. I have written and published reading and unit study curricula, as well as illustrating and manuscripts for children’s books and recently have become a contributing author for a field publication, with my third article published last year. A collaborative work with a renowned child and family psychologist is in progress.
