I owned and operated a licensed home day care for 6.5 years while raising my three children. I then attended collage and spent 18 years working in the medical field specializing in medical billing. While operating my day care I had the opportunity to care for and love children ages 2 weeks to 10 years. A couple of the children had special needs and fit into our environment perfectly. I ordered music and craft books for the children to have projects to work on. and they loved it. I just recently retired ( I am 63 years old) ) and have discovered I am not one to stay home and not work. I totally love caring for and working with children and babies.
