I am a graduating senior at the Department of World Arts and Cultures at UCLA seeking to build a professional foundation in healthcare administration. As the founding member and former director of the undergraduate research group on mindfulness, I have assisted in conducting psychological research on the efficacy of mindfulness at the UCLA Lab School in collaboration with the David Geffen School of Medicine. After executing the research, I have focused in developing my own mindfulness facilitation methods by working as a payed private instructor and as a community advocate implementing mindfulness programs in Joyner Elementary in Watts. To continue with my future professional interests, I am currently looking for a part-time job for the summer as I search for a full-time employment for fall 2017.
