Sitter Job in Daytona Beach, Florida

I have a very sweet 2 1/2 yr old little girl that will melt your heart. I need someone that is patient and flexible with hours.. Also is affordable as I am a struggling single mother. I prefer that I find a loving sitter that will care for her in their home and I will provide food and snacks. I do not spank my daughter.. Instead I distract her. I also just let her have her tantrum (as long as she doesn't hurt herself or anyone) and then talk to and hug her when it's over. I really need someone that can work with me on flexible hours.. please. I am having to start over so I hope I can find someone that will become like family to my daughter.. so looking for someone that will be in this for a long time.
