Sitter in East Rochester, New York

My name is Jessica I'm looking for a position with children and am flexible with what that entails. I recently left a position working with 4 different 3 year old children/4 different families in a group as their teacher. I have a teaching degree but would rather not work in a school at this time in my life. Having this experience with these 4 families has opened my eyes to how wonderful it is to work with small groups or individual children. Unfortunately I can't create my own childcare like this yet since I don't have the space but i would love a full time position nannying/babysitting/teaching/exploring. There could also be fun field trip like adventures to the zoo, parks, museum...I'd love to not be in the house the whole time. It's important for children to be out in nature where they can explore and see their natural environment. I can help them learn their ABC's, numbers, and many other things that they are required to learn once they begin attending school. I'm certified up to 6th grade so there are many options. I say unique childcare because I am flexible with what I'm doing because I'm not exactly sure what I'm looking for. I know the right opportunity will present itself as it did with the other families I worked with. I have wonderful references both personal and work related and have a lot of experience with many different ages in and out of the country. I just love working with children, having fun, playing and teaching them about the world around them. I am compassionate, understanding and patient and in time can reach any child no matter how challenging it may be. I can clean and do other things to help around the house if needed.
