Hello, my name is Melissa, and I am a student at UBCO studying to become a high school teacher. I grew up with young siblings, and have always enjoyed the company of children. I love the curiosity of a child's mind. The majority of the job experience that I have has been revolved around children. From babysitting, to managing sports camps, to teaching English as a second language overseas. I believe that children are a product of the society that they are raised in, and especially during a time where technology is so overpowering, I feel that it's most important for kids to get out and play, create, and explore! I am available Mondays and Wednesdays after 4pm, Tuesday and Thursday after 1pm, and any time of Fridays.
