Sitter Job in Victoria, British Columbia

We are an on call family. We are looking for someone who will make themselves available at short notice and at odd hours (tell me more!). We will pay $15/hr when services are required plus $20 call out fee. The majority of call hours required will be Monday-Friday. I work irregular and odd hours as a Midwife and my husband is studying Nursing at Camosun College, so the majority of the support we require will be when he is on clinical placement and I'm at a birth. We are hoping to find the right person for a long term arrangement as my husband is in the first year of the program. We have two amazing children ages 11 (nearly 12) and 4. They are very self-sufficient, adaptable children who have become quite accustomed to our unpredictable, chaotic life. Some school/day care drop offs and pick ups may be required.
